Refund policy
At Vela SkinSnacks, due to the nature of our products, we uphold a strict no-refund policy.
No Refunds on Purchased Items:

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any products once purchased.

The only exceptions to this policy are cases where the product received is either damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Products:

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your request, you must provide your order number along with clear photos of the item in question.
Cancellation policy
At Vela SkinSnacks, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review the following terms regarding order cancellations.
Cancellation Timeframe:

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. After this timeframe, cancellations may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation within this period, please provide your order number and relevant details to expedite the process.
After 2 Hours:

Once the 2-hour window has passed, your order may already be processed and prepared for shipment. In such cases, cancellation will not be possible, and the product will be delivered as scheduled.

If the order cannot be canceled, you will be responsible for accepting the product. Our no-refund policy will apply, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items as outlined in our Refund Policy.
